Boxer Rescue Database
This is a tool intended to help with a common rescue problem.  Some areas have great numbers of dogs in need of homes, so many, in fact, that it's nearly impossible to place them all.... At the same time, there are other places where there are loving homes waiting for Boxers, but there are no rescued Boxers to be found. This database will act as a central list of Boxers available for adoption.

Our purpose
In addition to helping to place Boxers in loving homes, is to encourage cooperation and support between groups.

Participating rescue groups Participating rescue groups are willing to work cooperatively with other groups across North America, placing boxers in areas where there are few rescue boxers available.

Adoption
Standard adoption protocol such as home visits and reference checks will be worked out by agreement between participating groups. Whenever possible, groups will work with volunteer individuals or groups to arrange for transportation.  If the use of commercial transportation is necessary, those costs will become a part of the adoption fee.
